Our best-selling block-printed story returns.

Over 18 months in the making, Lucia is a celebration of slow fashion.

Crafted with intention by the hands of Artisans in Rajasthan, India, our beautiful print Lucia was created by applying the ancient art of block printing to organic cotton fabric. Azo-Free dyes are applied to handmade teak blocks and pressed one block at a time onto GOTS certified organic cotton fibres. We like to call Lucia wearable art, as the tiny imperfections create a unique finish meaning that no two pieces will ever be the same. You can read about our Artisans and learn more about this beautiful story here.

This limited-edition collection sees the return of our best-selling Lucia Blouse and Skirt in two new hues Desert Rose & Ocean. We are excited to launch two new dress silhouettes; the Lucia Sundress based on your favourite Soleil, and the Lucia Tunic based on the design of your favourite Lucia Blouse but with feminine, flattering volume and length for everyday appeal.

We are launching Lucia in conjunction with Fashion Revolution Week 2021 and are donating 10% of profits raised to the Clean Water 4 Artisans Project.

As our relationship with our talented Artisan family grew stronger, we began to learn more about their craft that is totally dependent on water, yet by contrast we discovered that their lives are impacted by severe water scarcity.

Our Fair Trade makers are committed to both people and planet, so to address the water crisis in their state they have raised funds to build a rain water catchment and filtration system, meaning that water used during printing can be recycled and reused. Their goal is to extend this technology to artisans within the community and educate them on how to use and maintain the filtration systems, so that they too can benefit from a consistent supply of clean drinking water.

With the intention of repurposing in mind, you will be excited to know that launching with Lucia are new Arnhem Revive, zero-waste treasures. Never letting a good thing go to waste, the beautiful off-cuts of Lucia have been saved from landfill and turned into new Beauty Bags and Pouches.

To conclude the collection, we’re bringing you the Circulate Tote. Made from 100% recycled fibers, through a closed-loop system we have crafted our first ever circular tote bag. And of course, it’s been printed with a clear call to action to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Restore & Replenish. We’ll be donating $10 for every bag sold to Fashion Revolution in support of their ongoing campaigns to create radical supply chain transparency, and a fashion industry that respects both people and planet.

This magical story launches at 10am AEST, Friday 23rd April.
Set your alarms, these limited edition pieces won’t last long xx
